The following is a text I received (I have been applying for jobs on Indeed). After contacting the business press department, they informed me that this was most definitely a scam and Cody is NOT an employee!! Thank goodness I trusted my gut and didn’t give him any information.

Dear Candidate!! This is Regina, you have received this text regarding the Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant/Data Entry.The starting pay rate is $25.00 /hr.

Are you familiar with Telegram Messenger? If you don't have a telegram app you are required to set up one at (https://desktop.telegram.org/) or from your apple store or google store and download the application Once you are done with the download, you are to set up an account with your Contact number / name and add up the Hiring Manager Mr.Cody ******* ***************************. You should also send a message to him in regards for an online interview.
