I placed an order with the company on September 3rd. Their website states that their shipping is 3-4 days. After not receiving my order or an update on my order after 13 days I emailed the company with no response. The next day I sent them a message on their Instagram account. They messaged back stating their email had been spammed and they never received my order via their email. They stated they would send my order out the next morning as well as send the shipping information. I waited two days to contact them again and got no response until I commented on their Instagram post stating that buyers should not shop with them as they do not ship out orders. They messaged me asking why I posted to their page and that my order had in fact been shipped. I asked for the shipping information so that I could tract the order. It has now been 18 days and I still have not received the order. They messaged again yesterday stating that it will be shipped out and they would message me the tracking. I still have not received the tracking and they are once again ignoring my messages.
