I saw a tool called the Spot Remover $*** from Trendy Beauty advertised on my Facebook page, so I clicked on it and ordered one. I never received a confirmation or receipt from them, but the next day they took out $*** from my debit card account. This was on January 19. That was on a Friday. I called them on Monday morning, and asked why they charged my card so much, and they said that it was a membership fee. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order, and that said that the product had already shipped, and that they could only refund half of my money back, and that it would take 5-10 business days. I said fine, I would like a confirmation e-mail stating that. They sent me an e-mail, so I waited 5 days, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. So, I called them back, and told them I still had no refund. They said they would report it to their billing department, and Mark it priority, and that it should be in my account within 3-7 days. I waited 7 days, and no refund. I called again, they kept saying that it would take 5-10 days, so I asked to talk to a supervisor, or manager, and they kept telling me that they had no way of connecting me to a supervisor, and that someone from the billing department would contact me. They told me that my product was in Georgia, and would be delivered to me soon. This has been going on for over a month, and I have received nothing, either way.
