TrendSentials is a scam! I ordered the universal smart watch online on cyber monday(which is the monday after thanksgiving Dec 2 2019) on they’re website they state all packages ship within the united states, and the usual 5-10 business days. It was a Christmas gift for the wife. After a couple WEEKS went by I emailed several times and got only 1 response which told me not to email again. The tracking on the watch said it was in china since the purchase and had not moved. So theres lie number 1. My package finally came on jan 6 so theres lie number 2 and the biggest joke on me of it all was the smartwatch itself. It looked nothing like the picture and didnt even work! I emailed and emailed about returning the watch and tried getting someone in charge to talk to me but the only answer I had ever received was they couldn’t refund the watch if I returned it because it was more then 10 days after my purchase.. IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO GET IT TO ME! Stay Away From TrendSentials!!!
