False advertisement

I bought two outfits from trendchic. When the package arrived. The outfits on the website is very different then the outfits that arrived. I emailed them stating I wanted my mom back and they emailed me back asking for the reason and would I be willing to keep the outfits for 10%off. I replied back no I don’t want the outfits and I also stated my reasons why I wanted a refund.
I haven’t heard from them since.
I tried emailing a few more times , then I had to call my bank

I ordered 2 bra's and get a 3rd free back in May. I could not access their site for the last 3 months that I tried. I contacted paypay and then I got this fake shipping info. On August 16, 2020 I recieved a package and inside were 2 bra's 1 fit sort of and the other was at least 1 size to small. The 3rd bra never arrived. Again I contacted paypal as I can't get ahold of anyone fro Trendschics they told me I had to contact the company very disappointed at paypal as they allow this company to take advantage of people I wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered them but I didn't.

I ordered several items from this company on May 19th after seeing an ad on Facebook. (I have ordered many items this way and have never had an issue until now) My credit card was charged that same day by YAGOOD technologies. The website stated that the items will be processed and shipped in 3-5 days with shipping estimated 12-20 days. As of today (36 days later) the order is still just is still only in "confirmed" status and according to the chinese shipping link I was provided is still at the "Origin Post being Prepared for Shipping." I have sent 2 e-mails to the [email protected] address. They replied 1 time 4 days after the initial email and sending an an e-mail to another address listed on the website [email protected] stating they would have to look into because they can't find my order. Like what?!? I provided them the information requestedted 7 DAYS AGO and since then, no reply. I will be opening a a fraud case through my credit card company as well. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

On May 4th, 2020 I saw on Facebook an advertisement for NOMAD portable water colors with 16 colors, plus additional brushes for a total of $41.00. I bought a set for my grandkids to use during COVID. It has been 19 days, and there has been no emails with information or tracking numbers. I have tried four time to contact via the email address I found on Trendschics ([email protected]) with ZERO response. There is no phone number listed or address. Company ran my credit card the day I ordered. I have no product. On my PayPal account it shows as being charged from YAGOOD Technology. I did some research and found that they are in Hong Kong. I have read through a good portion of the ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker reviews. 90% of them have reported that they originally saw the AD on Facebook, and that the websites were hosted by Spotify. Something is very wrong here. FB says that they are not liable for any advertisements. Spotify says that they are not responsible for any Scams that occur with their hosted sites. One of the Scam filers mentioned that they had gone to Amazon and found that Amazon sold the same product, sometimes even cheaper. So I went to my Amazon account and found that, YES, Amazon sells the NOMAD portable water colors (with 42 colors and brushes included) for $28.99 and because I am prime free shipping and I could have with 7 days of ordering. This is my third and final time of being SCAMMED by FB ads. From now on... Amazon!!! FB users BEWARE
