I placed an order on trends haven on December 21, 2018 for a pullover zipper hoodie with the name CASAS on it for $59.95 and NEVER RECEIVED IT. Whenever i reached out to the company i was told over and over that it was "Processing" and stayed in "processing" since then. I requested a refund that i NEVER received. It was supposed to be a late Christmas gift for my fiance as he loved the then OAKLAND RAIDERS now Los Angeles Raiders. Anyways this was completely awful all around.

We bought Eagles jackets on Dec. 24. We contacted them four times , heard back once and never again. It’s the end of March and still haven’t heard from them. Beware.

I found this on Facebook and ordered 89 dollars in product. Shipping time is 3 weeks plus 2 day processing time. 2 months later I have not recieved anything. There is no telephone number or address. When I emailed the company I was told that I recieved my tracking number and that it was going on the next shipment as a priority package. That was December 2nd almost a month and a half after my order. Now as of 2 days ago my latest email claimed "When your order is done being crafted we will send you a tracking number, we cant pull these out if thin air." Upon asking for a refund I was told I have to wait for the item to be delivered and send it back. Then they would give me a refund. Do not use this website it is a scam.
