I seen their add on Facebook on January 7th and purchased a dog bed. Paid for $4.99 for the shipping. I never had a phone number. I paid with my debit card and have screen shots of all the transactions. Still haven't received anything yet.

Ordered a dog bed that was advertised as free, only pay shipping. Received a receipt that said item would be shipped in 6-9 business days. I waited about 2 weeks before contacting them to say I had not received my item. Got an e-mail back saying they had received damaged product and had to return items, but that it was all sorted out and my item was ready to ship and would be delivered by November 30th. It is December 4th and I still do not have my item. I have contacted them another couple times and have not gotten a response. Their website does not provide tracking for these orders even though it says that once item has shipped, the "completed" order staus would change to show tracking. Searched on Google and saw that there were some other reports, similar to mine, of people ordering these dog beds and not receiving them. Website does not provide a phone number where they can be contacted, but says they are available 24/7. Also, there online chat box ALWAYS says "we are offline" no matter what time of day I check it.
