I made a purchase on their website over 2 weeks ago and my item never shipped. I've sent several email inquires to them and have not received a response. I requested my money back and have not received a refund for my purchase. After reading some reviews about this company I see that several people have experienced the same issue with them. How they're allowed to stay in business and continue to scam people out of their hard earned money baffles me.
