Tried to purchased a pair of ice blue CROCs clogs for a gift and was sent the totally wrong color and they are bent up in the package and with further research they tried to duplicate the CROCs website. They sent an ORANGE pair instead of ice blue. When I contacted them the returning email stated

"We are so sorry for the trouble. It must be messed up during packaging time. As they are still good and wearable, could you please keep them this time or send them to your friend ?

And we will refund you 3% as they are out of stock now, hope you can consider it.

We didn't mean to send the wrong goods. Please forgive that I am a single mother with four children. Could you please accept refund ?"

Why would any company with a stated 30 day return policy knowingly send the wrong color to a customer and expect me to keep it?

Worst experience ever with customer service.

The sender even added their personal life into the email. Sounds like a total scam and I'm getting no where with recouping my money.
