My order was placed, from Facebook, to Trenchcrop.com I was sent a confirmation & tracking number. The delivered item, was not what I had ordered. I emailed the company that my items were not delivered. They responded & said the item was delivered & gave me the tracking number again. The tracking number they gave me was for the item I did not order. I emailed them again & told them this & asked for a refund. I have never heard from them again. I went back on Facebook to look at the website again. The website was closed down. I searched the Trenchcrop profile. It was gone. However, by the search, I was able to find a newsfeed where other people had ordered from this company & did not receive what they ordered. Other people also posted the same item, I had received. At this time, the newsfeed has been taken off of Facebook. I believe the scammer took my payment & sent something of a much lesser value, in order to make a profit from me.

I ordered from a site on line by the name of trenchcrop. Was giving a tracking number. When I did not recieve my order in timely manner I sent an email and was immediately given a response. When my so called order arrived, which was suppose to be ladies shirts, it was a fleece tobaggon with neck guard. I immediately emailed asking for a refund. No response
