I have placed an order on June 20 2020, order # 38869 and the have my money but the not yet received confirmation the the package has been sent yet. I have contacted them numerous times through e-mail and they keep giving me different reasons why they haven’t sent it yet. They keep saying that it will be at my door step very shortly. Last contact with them was July 24 2020. Now we are in August and still nothing. I have asked for my refund as per their policy and they told me that they can not give me my money back.

If you can help resolving this issue, it will be greatly appreciated. I personally think it’s a scam as I am not the only one complaining for the same thing.
