Like others we tried to purchase three bracelets to help the post Aussie fire effort to plant trees and as nice presents for relatives back in April. To cut a long story short after many delaying e mails I cancelled the order and requested a refund of the roughly £35 spent, This was allegedly agreed and would be actioned quickly. Weeks and weeks later no refund just a litany of the most ridiculous excuses such as glitches in the refund system. Clearly these people are either the most incompetent types to run any business or criminal. Their actions have also cost other genuine charity sites our patronage. If they are criminal I hope they get all they so richly deserve.

They were selling bracelets to help replace trees in Australia after their huge wildfire. I bought and paid for the bracelet way back in January. They keep telling me it is coming in a few days and I keep asking. Beginning to think I have been scammed. Please help
