I went on Groupon and purchased a beauty treatment package. The package involved making an appointment on the business' web page which I did. The booking system required an extra refundable $50 charge to reserve the appointment, which I paid.

I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks ago and it was cancelled the morning of by the business. I rescheduled again and it was cancelled again the night before. I tried to confirm the appointment to no avail. I drove to my appointment in hopes of getting the service, but only found a business park full of half-empty warehouses. The directory did not even list the business on the board. I asked for a refund. I still haven't received any communication from the business owner.

All communication was done via text and the owner refuses calls.
