Scammed for 136! Back in October I made a purchase and since then been emailing and waiting for a response with nothing in return and also too the website is down and unable to not see anything .

I ordered a funko pop in October 2021, which cost about $50 on Treasuretrovetoys.com, the website currently says that it is under maintenance, I have not been able to communicate with them in any way, so it is clearly a scam. I will file a complaint in the hope that the money will be returned to me.

I ordered the newest blacklight Funko Pop Marvel series from treasuretrovetoys.com on 8/22/2021. Order was confirmed. After a few months. I reached out via email. I was told by Treasuretrovetoys.com that they where still waiting on a couple of items to complete my order. As of today still no response from treasuretrovetoys.com. I've sent emails and left voice messages. This company is a scam and was just busted my Michigan's Attorney General. File a complaint. This may be the only way to see any of your money back.....good luck!

Treasure Trove Toys had made a difficult to find item available online and charged us and then completely vanished. There is no way to send messages or call about the order. They very easily took our money for an order that was not real. The message for their online website now reads: STORE UNAVAILABLE This store is currently unavailable due to maintenance. It should be available again shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
For a company to rob kids of their money to order gifts online and get away with it is beyond frustrating.

I ordered 2 demon slayer funkos on 05/06/2021 and they cost me $79.92 which have not arrived and now the site comes up with something that they are fixing the page, they do not answer the emails I send or anything.

I purchased $270 worth of stuff from their website on September 23rd 2020 I have yet to hear anything after the email I got that said my order was being shipped I got the tracking number and tracking number never said anything I've called and emailed them dozens of times no response phone number goes straight to voicemail no response there either

They have these posting on there site for preordering funko product. Everything looks legit. I have my invoice and all but when I don’t get my product on the delivery date I decide to call them. Days, weeks even leading to a month. Their phone just rings and rings no one ever answers. I also emailed them and in response I got was sorry for the delay and product was shipped and that was all I ever heard from them. They created a shipping list but usps never got the product to deliver. So I contacted my bank to tell them what had happen and I was able to get my money back while they investigate the company and all. I was told they are a online scammers. So do not order anything from their fake site. I don’t understand why so many complaints about this fake site but it’s still o line.

This company owes me $176.89 in outstanding orders. I placed two orders in September 2020 that were supposed to ship in October. There has been no communication from Treasure Trove Toys. Their phone number is disconnected and they haven’t replied to any of my attempts through “contact us” on the website. They have multiple unanswered complaints on ScamPulse.com and are clearly scamming people. Someone needs to shut their website down. It’s still up and running... robbing innocent consumers daily. Please address this concern. Thank you. (One of the order confirmations attached, can provide other)
