A salesman named Mike Stevens called one of my school custodians on his personal cell phone. Mike informed him he was sending cleaning supplies and a gift card so he could "take his crew out to lunch." My custodian told him that he was not in charge of ordering and he wanted no part of it. About a week later, 2 boxes and a Visa gift card were delivered to my location from this company. We did not open the boxes or the gift card. We called the company and left a message saying we did not order this and wanted to return the products. A day or so later, I received an invoice from the company for $950.16. We once again called and left another message saying we did not order and wanted to return. Finally a woman returned my call and said she was not authorized to do any returns and she would have her supervisor call us back. About 2 days later, a man named Oliver Willems called me and insisted that my custodian lied to me and that he did in fact order these products. He said he had it on a recorded line and that we had to pay this invoice. I repeatedly told him that we did not want the products and would like to return them. At that time, he said that we would have to pay a 25% restocking fee plus the $111.00 original shipping charge. He said numerous times that he would take us to court if he did not get his money. When I told him that I believed his company was a scam, he became very angry and started to use profanity at me. After calling me a very vulgar name, I hung up on him. After doing my own investigation, there is no record of this company before 2017, even though he stated they have been in business for over 20 years. They have no website or Facebook page. Their physical address where they claim to be, comes up as a Mailbox Plus store on google maps. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call, but they will call you back after leaving a message. Everyone I have spoken with has been extremely rude and unprofessional. There are too many red flags for this company and they made no attempt to be civilized and work out a problem.
