I ordered three pairs of treadi shoes only to wait three months for nothing. They sent me shoes in plastic wrap and they were absolutely not the size requested. I’ve sent numerous emails and got zero responses from this company they even went so far as to block me from emailing them anymore. They are a scam and I don’t know why they are still able to operate and fraudulently take peoples money for a fake product

Absolutely disgusting customer service - the website is gone! I received order today and they are the most horrible slippers I’ve ever seen. They’re the wrong size, smell weird and the wool is thin, not plush like on the website. The quality is very poor and look nothing like advertised Very disappointed and I’m glad I only ordered 1 pair!

When looking up this address its in somewhat of an industrial area and is the address of a totally different company. Treadi footwear is not a real company. On the site there's no phone #, no address, only a email for "24/7 customer care that is non existent. Try replying to the original email someone sent you saying your order has been shipped and you MIGHT get a reply in a couple of days to a week like i did to never..good luck

Got the black fur shoes I ordered back in Feb, JUST got them today..and OMG? These shoes are the poorest of poor quality! The soles are the feel of magic erasers and you can clearly see the glue! These look NOTHING like the picture. Before I got them I emailed them 5 times and finally I got a reply from a chick named Phoebe..she says the shipping channels are delayed due to covid and it takes 1-7 days to process then another 1-15 days to ship!?! Sooo it did not say this on the site..and I think they are in another country.. Canada perhaps. They are scammers and are selling fall apart shoes. These shoes came in a plastic bag inside of a plastic white shipping bag! No box, no bubble wrap, no protection at all! When i picked it up there was literally ZERO weight it was total weightlessness which gave another red flag.. I opened the bag and I could not believe what I was looking at. These shoes are a joke.. The material was all cheap! And the soles are the same feel as a magic eraser sponge and if you stand on them they will be crushed under your feet. Never ever again will i order online! I'm trying to get a refund but have a feeling they are no longer in service because they are scammers. Buyer beware!

I too ordered two pairs of slippers from treadi footwear beginning of March and have yet to receive them even with an email saying they have shipped and on way to me. Payment was taken and I’ve emailed twice to the email provided at end of message. Plus the website is no longer available.

Try replying to the email they sent to you saying your order has been shipped, i eventually got a response that way..it took 2 months for me to get my shoes..and they are literally not whats pictured..the email on the site gets u no where..this place is not real and someone sends you garbage just fyi..good luck

I Ordered slippers early March spent $60 these were for a present wad of March I have seen nothing they were quick to take my money emails are not answered I have sent several and the website ,seems to have disappeared how convenient so unfair really disappointed just want what I paid for or my money back makes you really weary when purchasing online really angry

I just got those exact shoes..POOR QUALITY! The soles are the feel of magic erasers and you can see the glue.. Doesn't look anything like the picture. Get a refund if you can or dispute it with your bank. This company are scammers!

I bought 4 pairs of shoes from the website tfootwear.com (Treadi Footwear) It has been 2 months now and I still have not received the shoes. I spent over $100 and they only have a contact email that no one responds to. The website is not working anymore.

If you do get your order you will be disgusted..I hope you get a refund but dont hold your breath..theres nothing stated anywhere about the location of this place or where your order is coming from, and no contact #. They are selling crap for things that should be 99 cents. The shoes you ordered i got 1 pair of and im stuck with them and out almost 30 bucks.

I paid for two Pairs of shoes from this company on February 9 and still have not received anything. I requested a return of my money, I’ve sent multiple emails and still have not gotten a response from this company. I’ve requested a refund multiple times and haven’t heard back. Planning to put a fraud report through my bank account hoping they can pursue a refund.
