I was selling a non running 2009 Aveo5 on LetGo for $700. Mr Hart contacted me and offered $700 plus $50 holding fee. I agreed. He said he couldn't call or view it due to being disabled and living in New York. Understandable considering I'm disabled myself. He UPS me a check for $2300 from *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***. The return label on the Envelope is the address I provided for Mr Hart, even though he claimed to live in NY.

Mr Hart messages me everyday to cash the check ASAP or he's contacting FBI, CIA & Local Authorities and pressing charges on me for FRAUD. He claims that the overpayment of $1550 is for me to pay to have the vehicle shipped.
