The Cactus Jack had a launch of product in October. I made a purchase and never received my item. The delivery was for 6-8 weeks. It is now several months past the process/delivery time. I have requested a refund to no avail. The emails I receive just let me know that maybe one day the items will be in production. Until then I am out my money.
