Scammed Frontier Airlines website to fool me into thinking I was making a reservation with Frontier. Tried to get Frontier confirmation number for six days, wouldn’t give. When I called them they tried to raise ticket price from $149.00 to $469.00.

I purchased airline ticket to go to my nephews wedding. Three days before I was to leave for the wedding - they advised me that my flight was cancelled and that the money had been returned to me account. The money was not returned to me - two months later I still do not have my money back.

I have sent several emails and have had many phone calls to them. They always act like they are returning my money but they never do. They also go by Airborne Travel.

I am not sure how I ended up on their website.

I purchased a airline ticket through them with Spirit airline. They sent me an itinerary. Everything looked legit. I called for my e-ticket and they put me on hold and never came back 3 times. I decided to look them up then I found out they had scammed others. This is so sad. Unfortunately they have so much of my and my husband's information. I feel so vulnerable.

On January 22nd I was looking for airline tickets to fly to North Carolina to see a friend. I found tickets for 502.70 to fly from Eugene Oregon to North Carolina on July 1st and come home July 7th. The website said they would send my information to my email. I received no contact from them. On January 24 the money was pulled from my bank account. The tickets were to fly with American Airlines. On January 25 I called American Airlines to see if they knew anything about my tickets. The man on the phone said my tickets were canceled on January 22nd. He gave me the reference code they used. The reference information is **********. There phone number is ###-###-####. I called them 6 times yesterday morning and was hung up on four times and the other two calls I was promised a email and the last one promised to call me back in four to five hours. I got no call or email as of yet. I called three times today and was hung up on two times. The guy on the phone stated that my information was sent to the refund department. I am sure I am just one out of thousands they have done this too. I am mad and want to know what I can do to get my money back or stop this company from doing this to someone else.

I booked a round trip flight from Syracuse to west palm. 2 days prior to my travel date I hadn’t received a confirmation number for my flight. I contacted and spoke to the company on numerous occasions. I was disconnected and spent many hours trying to confirm my trip. Finally I was told my trip was cancelled. The flights weren’t going out. When I checked American Airlines the flight was still scheduled. I was informed they would refund my expenses. As of Jan 7 2022 I haven’t received a refund. I called them and again dealt with hours of being disconnected. I sent 5 emails as the automated message says that’s how you get faster service. I was finally able to talk to a gentleman who again reassured me I would be refunded for the flight.

Booked a round trip flight from Syracuse to west palm beach. Upon trying to obtain a confirmation number the company made me aware my flight had been canceled. They assured me they could get a flight out with united. My understanding was that it was also a round trip flight for same price. When I attempted to use confirmation number for flight home I was then made aware that I was actually booked on a one way flight. I had to make calls and book another flight home myself.

I booked my airline tickets through this so call company on December 4th 2021. Was supposed to get my E-Ticket by email Never received it. They booked me through spirit airlines. I called spirit they have no record on my booking. They said the money was taken from money credit card!!and this is a scam!!
