my husband has buy 2 international tickets on September 2017 Credit card was charge that next day. when we contact to airline tickets was canceled 2 times. when I try to contact they never pick phone, emails,or online chat. spoke with owner for this company claim will return me a call never did.

Purchased a plane ticket on 8/31/2017 for a roundtrip flight from LAX to RDU. Cost of the flight was $488 in total. Credit card was charged and was sent confirmation with flight booked through American Airlines. On Approximately 11/13/2017 received an email that said my flight had been canceled with no explanation. Called the Travel Agency OVER 15 times, they have multiple numbers and no one one answers. Was able to reach someone 3 times out of the 15, I would be placed on hold and hung-up on, continued to call for two days and could not reach anyone regarding a refund or why my flight was canceled. Called American Airlines directly and was told that the flight is still scheduled and the travel agency canceled the flight not them. Starting doing some research on the Travel Agent and discovered this is a common practice with this agency, They bait and swicth cancel your flight and try to offer you a different flight which is almost double the initial cost. Was able to file a dispute with my CC company Chase. Please investigate this company as this is a definite scam website and should be taken down.

I purchased on September 1, 2017 a ticket online for a flight from with United AIrlines from Washington Dulles (IAD) to Rome Fiumicino (FCO) round trip. I was suppose to go celebrating my grandmother 100 years old birthday. I received a confirmation of the reservation from the travel agency and a statement that the ticket was paid. I checked my reservation with United Airlines and my name was in the reservation as well. A week later I find out that the flight reservation was cancelled and nobody has contacted me. The claimed that United Airlines has changed the price after my transaction. This is why my reservation was cancelled. This is highly odd. A week ago I tried to reserve with them a different flight with United Airlines. Same story. The reservation was cancelled by them again because they claimed the same story. I succeed to have conference call with a support supervisor from United Airlines and an agent at Travelokart. During the conversation the agent claimed that my credit card was not charged because it has an issue. That was untrue. I checked with my Citi Visa card and it was not an issue at all. They lied. Travelokart just didn't charge my credit card. So I don't understand what this company is doing. Are they taking people information?
