Travelocity is booking persons ( I purchased cancellation insurance) but when you get their the hotel doesn't have room you reserved. Then when you try to contact travelocity they never answer phones, tell you to leave your number an agent will call you , they never do.

I have tried for several days now, I then went to facebook and found a list of people that they have done this too. I need a refund, and they say to ask for the form but never get a form. I had to wind up getting another room, during fathers day weekend, which meant paying a more expensive hotel. I had reserved a double bed with non=-smoking when I got there they only had 1 bed with smoking, My husban is disabled, on an oxygen machine, on dialysis. My itinerary #72104430388401
