This travel agency has what appears to be a legitimate website until you look closely. Plane tickets are not issued for 7-14 days if at all (in my case they did book tickets, just for the WRONG COUNTRY). No one picks up when you call the customer service number. And alas, the 30,000+ reviews are atrocious! Something I should’ve looked up prior to ever booking with them. They pop up under any airline as an alternative to “save” money. What a joke.

I booked a flight through this agency which was listed by Kayak.com .

The flight was canceled and customer service line stole the flight costs without refund. They also do not have an email, phone number or contact.

As a normal customer, we book the ticket on website. But the change or even cancellation is being charged, even if the airlines say that the ticket is refundable or changeable for free. The site changers in euros. And customer service is abusive. JUST STAY Away from this webite and booking or anything contact the OFFICE. NO ONLINE THINGS.

Every time I called to customer service they just say different answers "NON-Cancelable", "Partly Refunded", "No Manager", "Use abusive language", "Ask for more money to do changes", etc.
