When booking with wyndham hotel, they present an offer to sign up with travelers advantage and receive a $50.00 rebate for the first two nights that you stay at that hotel, ($100.00 total rebate). after signing up with their service for a low monthly cost, they offer different perks if you book travel through their website. After a month or so you finally get a rebate in the mail, but it is not for the full amount by far. I received a rebate of only $9.26 when all said and done. DO NOT sign up with their service. when I call to talk to the right people, the right department is never in, and they continuously run me around in a circle. I don't know how i will get my rebate that I was promised, as they have the worst customer service I have ever seen (and I am in the customer service business). I would never suggest this company to anybody, stay at a different hotel and do not get sucked in to this "deal".
