Acted like they represented SW airlines and charged me an undisclosed service fee of $136 for booking reservation that costed $305. Phone number linked to SW website.

Called Travel Service thinking I was talking with SW Airlines. They linked their phone number to SW website. Booked a ticket with a SW credit. I was told the cost of the ticket with my credit was $280 which I agreed to pay. When I checked my bank statement I found a charge to SW Airlines for $144 and a charge to Travel Service for $136. I was never informed of this service charge. This is a scam and they should be shut down.

I'm absolutely furious and humiliated. I feel bloody stupid. I've been scammed by travalservicepad. These people need to be prosecuted!

DO NOT talk to the agents and DO NOT give them your credit card information.

Make sure you're speaking to the airlines directly and make sure your credit card company supports you in the event of a fraud.

Sitting in a Quarantine resort in Bangkok on my 2nd day. I have 5 more days left. I have time to write a report and share my horrible experience with my fellow travelers. I don't normally write a review or a complaint. But in this case, I feel that it's important for innocent people to be aware of the scammers. My mission is to expose this company and have as many people write as many reports on them and put a stop to the crime they are committing.

January 23, 2022, Frantic, Stress out and extremely anxious waiting for my RT-PCR test result. My flight schedule to depart on January 24th, 6:15am. Meaning I have to get up at 3am and be at the airport by 4am.

For weeks. I've been dealing with Thai government and the frustration of having to provide them with all the proper documents in order to enter the country of my birthplace. The process was long, difficult and it took a toll on my health.

I kept receiving texts and calls from AIRLINE ASSISTANTS. I had no idea how they got my phone number. I had not slept well in days. I was exhausted and physically ill. I was not in the mood to talk to the agent. Finally, I returned to call at 1pm after seeing the text stating that I had to check-in or I may not be able to fly.

I tried to check-in, but I was not able to get my boarding passes. As I should have known, International flights must be checked in at the counter at the airport. I purchased my tickets directly from United Airlines.

The agent quickly informed me my middle name was missing spelled by one letter and that was the reason why I was not able to check in and I may not be able to fly. He would have to issue new tickets and it was over $5000.00. I had already paid United Airlines $2,483.77

I was stunned, dumbfounded, angry and disturbed. WTF. He kept me on the phone for 68 minutes 44 seconds. I was suffering from lack of sleep, massive migraine and abdominal pain. All I needed was more stress. I have all our conversations on my phone and I will use it in court. He informed me he spoke to his supervisor. He would do me a favor, charge me $639.80 and he would take care of everything. Obviously he knew
I was not in the best condition. I found myself in a dilemma. Naturally, I told him to go ahead and do what he needed to do. I have a family waiting for me and doctors appointments in Thailand after February 2nd when I check out from Quarantine hotel.

Perfect opportunity for the scammer to take advantage of a desperate sick old woman.

He charged my credit card and change nothing! United Airlines and ANA Airlines had no issues with my name. I had all the proper documents to transit Japan and enter Thailand. I was speechless after I spoke with the airlines agents and I was informed that I was scammed and they will not be able to refund the money.

There's not much I can do at this point until I return to the USA March 3rd and dispute the charge.

GOOD HEALTH, PEACE, JOY AND HAPPINESS to all my fellow travelers.

I googled delta customer service and this 877 number popped up. I called the number thinking it was Delta in which the man confirmed. I let him know I as trying to purchase a ticket through their app but the app was not working. He said its ok and that he will book for me - he proceeded to gather all my information then told me that the price was 399 a person. I corrected him and said no I am looking at it right now its 224 a person - he stated that the app had not uploaded the correct numbers and that is why it is not working and that that was price and will go up by 90 dollars tomorrow. I believed him bc I thought I was talking to Delta. He then made me sign a document in which I thought was maybe a new policy (I'm an [censored]) - and when the charges when through I noticed that it was the price it was originally was on the app (from real delta - from delta.com) PLUS a 421 dollar SERVICE charge - which then made me realize... WTF, I've just been bamboozled.

I called my card and delta right away - thankfully delta cancelled his ticket that he booked for me and rebooked it. As for the 421 service charge AMEX states they have seen this a lot before and even with the signed document they will not stand for this fraud and are disputing it and further investigating. The fraud investigator and I also tried to call the number provided in the charge on my AMEX and the number would just hang up...A lot of red flags I missed because of being in a hurry, I am just grateful to Delta and AMEX for being understanding and helpful in this embarrassing situation.

I went to Google to get the phone number of Delta Airlines Ticketing. I found (on the first line on Google) what I thought was Delta Airlines Ticketing as the site read and called this number: (877) 949-5189. I had the "agent" look up my ticket, because I had a eCredit on a cancelled trip due to the pandemic in 2020. He found it and said that the price of the round trip ticket from Atlanta to San Diego had increased. I did get the eCredit towards the ticket plus I had to pay an additional $198.74 for the so-called "increase." I tried calling Delta Airlines' correct Customer Service number and was put on hold with a wait time of approximately two hours. Rather than wait, I went to the Atlanta Airport to talk to an agent. The agent told me that the price of that ticket had decreased to $657.80 and the place where I got the ticket was a third party business. The ad on Google did not indicate that. No wonder someone answered the phone so quickly. I called the scammer back to ask him what the name of his business was. He said, "Travel Services Pad." He e-mailed me a document for me to e-sign. I looked at my bank account online and found the transaction was under the name of "Travel Services Punyah Gbdate." I just pulled up the website and saw another phone number (877) 264-0790.

Same thing happened to me today. Made me believe I was dealing with Delta. They are a huge scam. Dealing with Delta now to see what can be done. Charged twice the price. Total fraud. Number online said Delta.

I was trying to get to Jet Blue Website and this company answered. They never identified themselves. They told me there was only one Jet Blue flight and suggested going on Spirit Airlines. They said the cost was $298.80. After I paid I went on Spirit Airlines to check information and it said the same flight was $96.33. I immediately cancelled the card so the charge would not go through.

I just searched the company online and the first item that came up was a Facebook post that this company was unethical and deceptive.

Do not book with this company any airline tickets, it's a fraud. I purchased ticket through them accidentally, I thought I was talking to jetblue representative. I signed electronically paper and was charged $349. Once I arrived to the airport my ticket was canceled. I reported them to my credit company.

I used a voucher, from JetBlue to make a reservation through Travel Service Pad. I supposed to pay the taxes only, which I did with JetBlue. Travel Service Pad (travelservicepad.com) charged my credit card (VISA) for the ticket, even though they redeemed the Voucher (I verified this through JetBlue) for the flights.
I made many calls to Travel Pad with no avail. VISA said there is nothing they can do, because they need proof of other method of payment (JetBlue letter stating the Voucher was used was not sufficient. Now I am out of $420. 15.
Its difficult to take Travel Service Pad to court because they are in Florida and I am in Connecticut.

I was looking for Qatar Airways costumers Services phone number on google, then an 800 number shows up in the search engine related to my search. A guy answered me I asked if it was Qatar Airways and he confirmed, I was trying to reschedule an exIsting flight, he got all my information and it even asked for my credit card number. He sent me a form to sign electronically. Unfortunately I did. Then was waiting for a confirmation email to come from Qatar Airways. The guy said that Qatar Airways website was down at that moment so the email came from Travel Service Pad. At that moment it raised a red flag to me so I called my bank right away and cancel the payment and even put a hold on my account. This type of behavior should stop legally.

I wanted to make a flight reservation. Somehow this company “Travel Service Pad” intercepted my call and represented themselves as Southwest Airlines. I had credit with the airline and their should not have been any additional charge. However they insisted that the fare I wanted was no longer available and an additional $75 per person would be charged. They asked for my credit card because they said the additional charge could not be taken from the credit I had available. The credit card company would not cancel the charge since I had signed an agreement. I still cannot figure out how I got connected to Travel Service Pad to start with. I have learned an expensive lesson!

I'm very sorry about what happened to you. Thank you for sharing your experience. These people are professional scammers. I wished I had seen your report sooner. I was on the phone with the first scammer for 68 minutes 44 seconds and numerous subsequent calls with other scammers. I lost $639.80 because I signed an agreement. Expensive lesson indeed. I will dispute the charge, but it will not get rid of the scammer. He already had my money and will move on to the next victim. I will write a report, share my experience and hopefully people will read it before they lose their hard earned money. The scammers are clearly taking full advantage of the Covid 19 situation. It was ashamed I felt I had to deal with the scammer and allow him to access my credit card information while I was in crisis. What happens to humanity? I imagine the scammers have no moral nor integrity. I'm a world traveler. This is the first time I'm dealing with the airlines issues. It should have been a red flag when they kept sending me texts and phone calls a few days and a few hours prior to online check-in. They were available 24/7 and no waiting time. I have no idea how they got my phone number. The airlines always make you wait! I feel so humiliated and bloody stupid. How could I be so gullible? The scammers prey on the people who are physically weak, mentally unstable and emotionally distressed. Unfortunately, I am one of those people who have to travel during the Pandemic. We live and we learn.
