Travel Options has contacted us several times in the last year saying we have a credit on our account for a vacation we had purchased but never taken. They said we owed late fees because we had not arranged for extending the date on the package. I have no record of this item being billed on our credit card, nor did the charge go through my checking account. I was charged $298 to my credit card. The agent had the first four digits and the last four digits of my credit card number. I foolishly gave them the eight digits in the center of the number. Sent an email supposedly giving a receipt and details of the package. We got nothing other than a note thanking us for "choosing to travel with us". I did not feel comfortable with no details being provided and the fact they did not have my full credit card number. I cancelled the credit card on which this charge was billed. Hopefully the charge will be reversed on my charge card statement.
