I called to inquire about the advertisement and they hung up on me 3 times because I didn't purchase right away. I have never been on a cruise nor a plane so I had questions first before deciding if I was going to go or not. Then I called the customer services number and the rep hung up. I called back and asked for a supervisor , the supervisor stated that because I was purchasing that why they hung up on my. That is not professional at all and if I was going to pay for the trip for me and 8 guest I will not be don't that now.
