I booked 4 nights at Fairfield Inn & Suites in the Wisconsin Dells. I was told the price was $198.83. Then 3 weeks later I was contacted & told that an additional, refundable deposit of $251.45 was required to guarantee my presence at time share presentation. I was very upset because I was not notified that this was a time share upfront. But I agreed. Then everyone in my party became sick & we were unable to travel to Wisconsin. Booksi / Monster Travel refuses to refund any of the $450.28.
