I booked round trip flights tickets from Denver CO to Newark NJ, from Newark NJ to Frankfurt Germany, and from Frankfurt Germany to Krakow PL on 4/21/2019 through Amy of the Travel Avion. The booking No. is #241394. The Travel Avion charged my credit card $2987.65 under '*** *** F SI 833-2003343 NV’ which was so strange since the Travel Avion is not united airlines.

Within 24 hours, I discovered that I can get the same round trip flights tickets from United Airlines around $1500. So I called in and canceled the booking with the Travel Avion.

It was so difficult to call in to the Travel Avion. The phone line is always cut off with no reason. When reaching at a real person finally, 99% chance is that person doesn't know my case. I called in numerious times via phone number 1.833.581.1799 and also sent tons of emails through [email protected].

Finaly on 6/8/2019, the Travel Avion sent me an email saying they have sent out the refund to my bank. But untill today 6/19/2019, the refund of $2987.65 still doesn't appear to my credit card account yet. I contacted them again and again and I haven't received any response from the Travel Avion.

I checked on line and lots of people said the Travel Avion is a scammer, whose address is One Westbrook Corporate Center Suite 300, Westchester, IL 60154.

I called to make airline reservations through them with *** and *** Airlines. Once I completed my purchase, they said I should receive my tickets with 4 hours or less. After waiting 24 hours without receiving ticket confirmations, I called back and was put on hold three different times while trying to speak to customer service about the issue. The line kept disconnecting as if they were attempting to get rid of me. When someone finally answered my call on hold, I was told to "not worry" and that "everything was fine" and to give at least 24 hours. 48 hours after that, I looked online at reviews of this TA and found horrible stories of this company shaming people out of thousands of dollars. I called and told them I wanted to cancel the tickets immediately to which they responded with, "Oh, we see here that these tickets are no longer available." Why was I not notified of this? Why did I have to call for them to relay this information to me? At this point, I knew they were full of it. I demanded a full re-fund to which the rep said that the card I provided had no been charged and that no charges would go through, despite them being pending on my account. The next day, the charges posted. I was furious and called yet again to inquire as to why they had lied to me and are now taking my money. Before I mentioned the reason I was calling, the rep pulled up my "itinerary" and said, "Oh, yes I see your tickets, everything is fine." I told them that not only was I demanding a refund but was already informed that my tickets were canceled. Now, magically, they are fine again? Such a scam! After explaining everything and telling them I will be taking legal action against them, I was told that these tickets are "non-refundable." THE AIRLINES WERE NEVER TRACKING MY SEAT ON THEIR FLIGHTS TO BEGIN WITH. THE TICKETS WERE NOT REAL. I WAS NEVER GOING TO RECEIVE THEM. THEY PROMISED MY TRANSACTION WAS CANCELED AND THAT CHARGES WOULD NOT GO THROUGH, AND THEY DID. Lie after lie. The ScamPulse.com needs to shut these *** down.
