They asked if they could hear me as this was a recorded message, as I know these are scams, they have called once the day before and didn't say anything, and again today 12/13/17.

Received a cell phone call from what I thought was a local number. A woman said she was a travel agent and wanted to know if I was interested in a travel package (All inclusive destination packages, Disney World packages, etc.). I told her no because I had just booked a vacation a few weeks prior. She asked if I was at least 18 years of age, had a bank account/credit card/debit card. When I said "yes" she said to stay on the line and not to hang up, the call was then ended. I called the number back and a woman said someone was using her phone number in a scam. I had just seen this scam on the news a few months prior. I had just booked an all inclusive vacation for my family via a Travel Agent a few weeks prior and paid for my Tourist Cards for my family online.

Caller said can you hear me can you hear me hello hello repeatedly, I answered "yes". The caller then went on a rant about a vacation to a resort I recently took that qualified me for a discount at a resort in Orlando Florida. Then said one moment and I'll transfer you, I said "no" and they hung up.
