I have attempted to call you multiple times since last Tuesday when you (Trapping City Records) were scheduled to shoot the video CTS, Inc. has paid. The 50% down that we agreed to was paid through PayPal in the amount of $375.00 on January 26, 2023. You stated that PayPal would not process the payment initially made based on the way it was submitted and asked for us to use Square to make the 50% payment. We trusted you and moved forward to pay deposit through Square. You charged our credit card in the amount of $750.00 when the deposit requested was $375.00. The next day, the payment that you stated had been canceled with PayPal went through for $375.00, charging our credit card a total of $1,125.00 when we were accountable to pay $375.00 prior to service and remaining $375.00 after video was received for a total of $750.00 for service. You stated that you requested a reimbursement from Square, yet we have not seen any documentation from Square or from you regarding the reimbursement of $750.00 owed to us. At this time, we are requesting all funds be reimbursed to CTS, Inc. in the amount of $1,125.00.
