Now they are back! How does that happen? Facebook is so worried about some one saying something nasty to another, how about helping those of us that have been stolen from!

Ordered almost 80.00 worth of product April 5 2020 it’s now October 5 2020. Nothing has been shipped to me and I can’t get the company to email me back or return any of the ten voice messages I left. They are scamming people left and right and they need to be shut down and in my opinion pay everyone back or go to jail

i also ordered a fish trap from facebook add on Trappernet.com add. i paid them with visa card then , that was at the end of march and now it is AUG. and no word, you can't call there 1-800 no they give for it isn't in service. no responce at all. i was out 24.00 for this. jimmie harris order no# 13321

Like everyone else on here, I too ordered and have not received the product; I have emailed several times and heard back with the reply that they are waiting for the ship to be released due COVID-19. I had a friend of mine from L.A. look up the address (1120 S. Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90015) to go and speak with them, unfortunately their number is disconnected and the address comes back to a parking lot. My friends Grandfather said that there used to be a lot of homes there when he was a boy, but they were all demolished to make way for more modern buildings in the 60's.

Ordered product from Facebook, straight from trappernet.com, no replies for emails, no answers for phone- this site is ripping people off for 20.00 per net/order.

Ordered a Trapper Net from Los Angeles on April 3rd and have not received any response to my emails regarding the delivery of this product. Is this a SCAM? They sent me this tracking # NT_HISXDJXG and I called 1-800-990-9770 to no avail or response. What do I need to do to verify if this is legit or not? The Balance was $19.99. This may or may not include tax, delivery fee, etc. Looking forward to a correspondence of some-sort from someone about this frustrating situation! Thanks Cheryl Hall

I never received the net I ordered from their website. They never responded to my multiple emails. Their 800# in not operational. I ordered by credit card and disputed the charge. Credit card company is awaiting response from company. If no response (highly likely) the charge will be credited back to my account.

As far as my experience this company is BAD and total SCAM!

I purchased 2 of your nets in on April 15, 2020 I have not received my shipment. I never received a tracking number to my email address. I have sent several messages through facebook messenger as well as to the email on the website and have not received a response. I have also called several times and no one answers.

FRAUD! I ordered a net 4-16-20. They took my card immediately! Have not heard a word since! Their 1-800-990-9770 does not work! Out of service! I emailed them and got no response! What can I do now? I want my net!Seems like anytime you order from anyone besides AMAZON you get screwed!

Like many others, I saw the add for Trappernet on Facebook and decided to buy their product. Unfortunately, the only part of their business that is real is the charge department. It’s been over 2 months and they never delivered. I went to their Facebook page and it turns out hundreds of others have been scammed by this company as well. If it actually is an American company I hope there will be a class action. Until then I’ll have to see what my banks fraud department can do. I believe the cost was $27 but I’ll have to review bank records to know for sure.

I seen this on Facebook advertising this 6 hole net for catching bait fish,I ordered it on 04/18/2020 I used my debit card for the purchase price of 24.99 they then took it out of my account on 04/20/2020. I have called the number above several times and they have a recording saying they are busy at this time please e-mail us this is the e-mail address they gave to do so,[email protected], I have emailed them and have only received 1 back saying they will contact me within 24 hours well this has never happened,I have emailed them with my name,date of purchase,what I ordered, how many,my phone number and still to this day 06-03-2020 I have heard nothing from them.I have asked in the e-mails where is my order and when will I be receiving it still nothing from them.I either want my money back or the item I ordered. I have not received my item.
