I reached out to TraOnna in attempt to get a pair of stacked jeans made. She’s known in Toledo for her work so I thought I could trust her to take my jeans and $85 in hopes of a new pair of jeans be made in return. I had no problems with her leading up to me dropping off my money and jeans. The first issue that bothered me was that I had to pay my $85 IN FULL before my product was even looked at or made. I dropped my jeans off on January 20th along with my $85. She reached out ONE time from from January 20th to March 15th, all she asked was when I needed them by, I said no rush but I would love them by July. I do understand I said July at first but I ended up reaching out again asking if I could have them done by April 22nd. She agreed and said yes so I waited and waited and never received another message. She reached out again March 30th stating she “forgot” about my jeans and she would finish them within the next few days. It has been going on 5 months she’s had my jeans and money so on May 11th I reached out and asked if the jeans were finished, I got no response. Then I texted again May 13th asking for a refund, she replied INSTANTLY saying she doesn’t do refunds but I would pick them up tomorrow. It is not May 16th and she hasn’t responded, made my jeans or allowed me a refund. She is VERY active on social media, even as im typing this and as a businesswomen myself I find this very unprofessional. I’ve even been told she does this OFTEN and that is sickening
