We contacted this moving company after finding them on a moving quote website. They are a cross country moving company and had a good share of positive reviews. The salesman used a bait and switch tactic when selling us our moving quote. The contracts we signed were very different from those that were given to us at pick up. They did not follow through on their promises to wrap furniture or use extra padding. We were told they do not use third parties, but they showed up in a rented Penske truck and had us make our second payment to a third party company that the movers worked for, not Transworld. They claimed they were professional movers who knew how to pack a truck, they were far from professional, nor were they even decent at packing a truck in the process we watched them drop, ding, damage and drop boxes and furniture. It has now been nearly two months since they picked up our household items (December 29th) and they dodge our phone calls and cannot tell us when our items will arrive. The driver that picked up our items told us it was going to a warehouse in Atlanta, which is not any of the locations that we were told nor were we informed it would be sent to a warehouse. Their salesman says they operate out of CO, NJ, and FL. Upon searching the business databases in these states it seems that they do not exist (NJ), are inactive (FL), or voluntarily dissolved (CO). One document we have has another address than Colorado listed in the preliminary information I gave. Another address: 531 Martin Luther King Dr. Jersey City, NJ 07304 Phone:888-720-7374. Quality Assurance Manager Phone: 617-207-0501 Ext:9024. And another phone number we have been texted from by both of those employee's is 732-719-2320. Another resource they give is their DOT 2964407 which shows they have many complaints from last year. They are currently holding out stuff hostage and will not tell us where it is or when they will deliver. When we call no one with real information is ever available. The promises they give at the sale are not what they deliver the most disturbing is that they do not arrive with their own truck and their addresses are all different. Please help us protect others from suffering the same fate as we face, losing all of our belongings to a scam ring.

We have also learned their Englewood, CO address is a fraud. According to the Englewood Police Departement it's not even a city address, and according to High Plains Gas & Supply LLC, they rent out the entire building at what would be they scammers address. High Plains also informed me that there used to be a storage and moving company in half their building that was scamming people for years.
