I received three charges totaling $** on my credit card. I called to inquire what they do. They advised they do credit reports and then asked for my ssn#. I did not give him my number and advised I wasn't going to give him that information considering I didn't request this information and I have no idea who they are. He did ask for my name and zip to look for information. He said he could not find anything in his database and asked for more. I advised I would contact my credit card company direct to handle the fraudulent charges. Very shady and no idea how they obtained my information.

I was applying for unemployment when I came in contact with this scam. I believed that it was about for the unemployment procedure. It asked for all personal information and it checked my credit. I'm charged $20 every month for a credit check and I've tried multiple times to cancel the account. When I call I'm asked to give my full ssn and my credit card information. I'm sick and tired of paying these scammers. The woman on the phone is not professional and it's pretty obvious. I'm tired of calling them because they will not cancel the account unless I give up my information. I know I made the mistake of believing it but I really thought it was apart of the process because I wasn't able to file for unemployment without a credit check. Please please please look into this , nobody should have to put up with this
