I paid for a Mother’s Day gift, received faulty tracking information, and the item was never delivered. I’ve attempted to resolve this issue with the company multiple times simply asking they send the product or refund me, and they have been rude and now stopped responding. One email said my package was picked up at the post office. I live in a 600 person town where the post mistress knows everyone and would only release my packages to me.
