I purchased two OKAI Electric Beetle scooters from a TikTok store called Hondaus.shop. I paid for the items and for shipping Wednesday, August 2, 2023 and told they would be delivered by Saturday, August 5, 2023. I was contacted via text messages that provided a website and tracking number. I texted the seller this morning and he replied that he will check on my shipment and get back with me in a few minutes, which he has never done and has since removed his TikTok selling page. He is no longer answering phone calls or replying to my text messages. I tried contacting the "so called" shipping company, Transit In Logistics and the phone number listed on the website is not a working phone number and their contact mailing address is not a business, but a house in Round Rock, TX.

Company Website is transitinlogistics.com and the address is 3451 Mayfield Ranch Blvd., Round Rock, TX 78681. If you google this address it distinctly shows a house at this address, not a large shipping company with airplanes and cargo as they portray in their fake website. I have tried to email with no success [email protected], and the phone number provided does not work 1-845-719-3267.

I have been scammed out of a total of $239.00. $139.00 for the scooters (which I previously reported) and $100.00 for shipping clearance and stamp duty fees. I have tried requesting a refund from the seller and I cannot receive a reply. I am very upset that my hard earned money saved for a gift for my daughter's birthday has basically been stolen from me.
