We were approached by a rep in ACE hardware. We needed bathrooms done, a roof, a door. I neeed an air/heating unit in my condo.

The roof was installed. It leaked several times on several levels. Now, my air/heating unit is leaking and nobody will come out to service it. It seems like deceptive business practices.
