On 12/30/20, I was contacted by Simonia Morgan of Transall Services who illegally claimed a balance of $1,234 was owed on a credit card from 2004. Ms. Morgan advised me that the card had been issued by Credit One Bank, NA with an account number of 444796114640523. She stated the outstanding balance of $1234.00 was dated back to approximately 2004 and that I had failed to make any repayment attempts on the account. Despite Ms. Morgan's rude demeanor, her condescending attitude which she combined with clear disbelief of my dispute, I carefully and politely explained to her that I have never had such a card or account, never applied for any, and have always maintained a good to perfect credit rating. I actually do have a valid Credit One account at this time but that account was not opened by me until mid-2019. It would appear extremely unlikely that Credit One Bank would approve me for another account if I had any balance from the past that was still legally due and owing to them. I also took the time to explain to her that I had encountered some identity theft issues in 2004 and 2005 and had placed a notice on my credit bureau report as a safeguard. She then insisted on emailing me a validation notice of the unpaid debt which I did receive later in the same day (copy attached). She also demanded that I immediately file a report with my local police department if I believed the debt in question to be fraudulent and send her a copy of the report. I am almost 70 years old, living with multiple handicaps while surviving on a fixed income. During my entire adult life, I have always valued my credit and surely would have paid any outstanding account balance incurred by me in full, many years ago. However, in this particular case, the account debt in question, if in fact there actually exists a legitimate debt, was not incurred by me, nor does it belong to me and never has.

Transall Services has dealt with me and continues to deal with me in an entirely unlawful manner witnessed by their attempts to collect a supposed consumer debt much older than any states' statutes (Florida allows 5 years) would permit. Their actions in this matter are not only flagrant violations of state law but also clear violations of the language contained and set forthwithin the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Upon pursuing further research on Transall Services LLC, I also discovered through the West Palm Beach BBB, Transall Services LLC is not licensed through the Florida Office of Financial Regulation as a Collection Agency. This fact is yet another example of Transall Services' flagrant violation and disregard of state and Federal law.

They called me in Arizona where I live for 3 years. Said they are a debt collector, would not give me any information about the debt but dollar amount. Gave me my last 4 of social, my date of birth, my ex husband name from over 30 years ago and wanted to collect over phone or threatened me to put it on my credit reports. I asked them to email me the debt information so I can speak to my lawyer they emailed me a fake letter with no information of debt. It has a loan # *900638435 and a TS reference Number 32539 said I took a loan out online at a Multiloansource and owe $980.00 I have never took a loan out online. I always look at my credit bureaus every week. There is nothing on them for any loan ever from this company. They have the address of 2300 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd Suite 306 West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Account Representative Ioka Shaw. This is a total scam. I did not give them any extra information and did not verify any information with them. I will also file a complaint to the FBI for this scam.
