These people are quite smart scammers, I am actually impressed. They answer phone calls, they answer emails, and they have a street address on their website. They also had enough knowledge of the trademark and copyright filing process. They sent me some form to fill up about my business and product. They also advised about the product category to use for filing. I checked online and it was correct category. Throughout the entire filing process, I did/could not suspect their intentions. Finally, my experience was that they took about $500 and told me to wait for a few months to receive filing ID as the whole process will take 12-18 months. When I got suspicious after a few months, I called USPTO office and they told me that filing ID is received right away on their online form and there was no filing done for my trademark and copyright certificate whatsoever.

This place is a scam! They seemed professional in every way. I have filed an FBI report about them scamming me out of $449. My experience was as exactly as above. After they did not produce the documents they said after taking my money, I searched "trademark whizz scam" and found this page three days ago, and notified them I knew they were a scam. They will not respond to my phone calls or emails. I will now report them to BBB and FTC.

I found this website on the internet, sent my inquiry and they called me.
They fooled me by saying that they are a professional in applying for the Trademark registry and I paid a total of 800 dollars. Within two days they sent me an Electronic Trademark certificate and assured me that they have already filed for trademark registry, also said that USPTO will call me in order to verify my identity and the address of the trademark. I truly received a call with the real phone number of USPTO. But the truth is that they faked phone numbers as well. I called to USPTO customer service and tried to know whether truly they did apply or not. USPTO revealed that Electronic Certificate is not real and the Serial number is fake so there is not any filed application at all. I tried to talk to Trademarkwhizz but they are not responsive and not returning back to email.
I filed a fraud report and am trying to get my money through the bank account.
Just know that this website is fake and a scam!

I paid $300 in May, 2021 to inquire about a trademark. I realized it was a scam and within 2 days requested a refund. They said it was too late because it was being processed..To this day, they never refunded my money nor processed my application. I filed a complaint with tge Federal Trade Commission.
