Ive been working on buying my trademark name for a while now. I bought my trademark with Trademark Terminal and process was complete. Just had to wait the 7-9 month authorization. Days later through email i was warned through their company, of a possibility of a different company scamming. Which was asking the same price i paid trademark terminal. Which was 1000 dollars. They called me back weeks later with new information saying i owed another 400 dollars for them to complete the rest. Everything was already settled when i made my first payment. It seems really iffy & i'd really appreciate you help. If you may report back to me and help tell me if i made a mistakes trusting their business or not. They're heavy accent Indian folks, using 2 first really American Names. Really convincing that they're an official business. Please, help.

They pretend to file your trademark information to USPO but they did not. They are scammers. Then they kept asking me for more money out of no where.

We paid Trademark Terminal for their basic bundle even though they kept trying to push for a more expensive plan which appears to not give anything necessary over the basic plan. Then they told us that their search showed that we were required to file in three categories and even though two were not pertinent to the business, they insisted that it was required by the US government which is not true. This is all happening while I would speak to multiple people over the course of a few days with very fake sounding all american names like Smith and Johnson and Davies while they could barely speak English themselves. The final straw was about a few days later, I started getting a multitude of spam texts to the number I gave them which had not been used for anything else and these spam texts refer to the my incorrectly spelled name they kept using in their emails to me.

My spouse decided to surprise me by registering my personal logo. The scammer's ad stated the process would only cost $49. After my spouse uploaded my artwork to them, Trademark Terminal demanded $4000. When we didn't respond, they kept hounding us (multiple phone calls and emails) while we ignored them. Ultimately, they sent us an email stating if we do not pay up, the USPTO would abandon our application and they [Trademark Terminal] would send my artwork out for bidding (implying they were going to sell my artwork to someone else for their gain).

I called trademark terminal a few days ago to inquire about how to trademark a band name for my boss. A gentleman named Ryan Thomas called me and begin to explain to me the process and fees of trademarking. He worked with me and set up a package with me over the phone and via live chat on the computer. I sent over the payment of $575. The next day when I called the company to ask them To show proof of registration but the company was registered with the US government trademarking office they didn’t give it to me. They began arguing with me over live chat and told me that refunds were not possible. I called the company and spoke with another individual on the phone named Mr. Harris. I told him that I wanted a refund because I was not happy with the fact that proof was not given to me regarding the companies legitimacy. Mr. Harris told me that I had to wait 24 hours for someone to get back to me from the compliance department in order to speak to me about the refund. I have not to show proof of registration but the company was registered with the US government trademarking office they didn’t give it to me. I told him that I wanted to refund because I was not happy with the fact that proof was not given to me regarding the companies legitimacy. Mr. Harris told me that I had to wait 24 hours for someone to get back to me from the compliance department in order to speak to me about the refund. I have not Received a call from the company. Nor have I received any emails validating the business legitimacy. I am afraid this is a fraud company that took my money and I need help to figure this out. If someone could please contact me regarding this manner it would be greatly appreciated.
