I contacted a company called Trademark Pioneer for trademarking services for my small business. However, when I was invoiced, the invoice came from a company called ARTNART* CREATIVE COMP. I felt uncomfortable moving forward receiving trademarking services from a design studio.

I promptly asked for a refund. Instead, they offered to provide me with a partial refund. I believe this is unfair since I did not receive the trademarking service they promised.

When I disputed the charge with Chase, Trademark Pioneer fraudulently impersonated me in the documents they provided Chase and faked email conversations I had with Trademark Pioneer to show that I received the services they promised. This is identity theft.

I have contacted the Attorney General of Oregon and the Federal Trade Commission to report this fraudulent activity.
