I purchased a trademark search for our business at $295.00.

I have repeatedly tried to contact them to determine when they would have the search completed by, including phone (only get an answering machine), chat line on their website (disconnected), and email (no response).

I feel they have scammed our business.

I used Trademark Crew to have applications needed to trademark a name filed. This was paid for on January 1, they charged my credit card upon transaction. To date, I have tried to leave voice messages (3) chat through there web site (no available agents) e-mail 6 times minimum, and check the link to see status (broken). This to me is a scam, they now have my name I wanted trademarked and as well who knows how many others, and can turn around and trademark things themselves which is a very large issue. Not saying they are doing this, but with no response on any try it comes to mind.

This needs to be investigated, I hope it's just a simple mistake, I have disputed the charge of $69 which was a "sale price'.
