Rec'd a call from Tracy Morgan (Dept Collection) 281-397-5168. I was transferred to Mark newman (Legal Dept) who stated I was being brought up on Fruad charges from Bank of America on a $300.00 loan. Total fees was $1400. and if warrant was issued my bond would be $7000. I would sit in jail for 21 days before the hearing. I could settle the claim for $560. I had to pay $308.09 on 5/8/15 and $252.09 on 5/22/15, I was to send the payments via moneygram. I rec'd a email from WSA Processing Services with an image of a capitol on it. Company Name: WSAP Receive Code: 15062 Acct # : SSN City and State: Jax, FL verified info with Cortney Alexander @ WSAP 713-231-0474. I paid the $308.09 put I refused to pay anymore, because I was able to locate any information on either phones numbers. And the business Wasserman, Saul and Associates in Jacksonville FL is believed to be out of business. The phone number listed for this company of 614-407-0737 is ringing to a Ice Cream Company in the state of Ohio.
