The same thing happened to me as well. The same logo as UPS only difference was they said that the shipping label was missing the physical address and that the return address had also been damaged.

Trackztoolz.com sent me a text with the UPS logo included saying there might be a package for me that had a damaged address label, and could I please confirm. Since I have a couple of birthday packages due to arrive to my house about now this seemed reasonable. However, after texting with non-human and being asked specific personal info, the non-human said I needed to pay the shipping and wanted more info on how I was going to pay that. Red Flag! I called the local UPS in Lake Stevens and they were mystified who this "company" was, but said they had had another call from someone in the area who'd received the same text. UPS knows nothing about them. They are attempting a scam.
