Spectaclem order placed and shipping company used said they delivered product. Talked numerous times with Spectaclem and they refused to help. Tracking-hub won't reply and their use of customer service is email only. I've talked with the USPS for assistance and they provided proof the Tracking number given to me is not my name or address.
