I purchased an item online and paid for priority shipping on July 24th. I sent multiple emails, and waited a month. No response, no item received from merchant, no refund either. I have a record of all emails sent. Some emails have every recipient in the company on the to or cc line, and still, no response, no item received, and no refund.
