I have called American standard for champion 4max warrantee twice in about six months. Both times just after I hung up, I received a text message my parcel had been shipped, when you click on tracking, it shifts to a screen all full of Arabic words. I imagine it is a hack, but when I try to contact American Standard it takes literally hours waiting on the phone and I can’t find an email address for them, Canadian ...or I would have taken care of this myself.
