I was searching the internet for a toy for Christmas. It was sold out at all major retailers so I was looking for anyone that sells it. Found this website that had it for sale and placed my order on 12/06/19. I received a confirmation email with my order information on the same day. I chose the Free Shipping option, which was to be within 5 to 7 business days. It is now 12/16/19 and I have received no information regarding the shipment of my order. I went to the website to check on the shipping status and the order says that it is waiting for PayPal payment, which PayPal shows it was paid on 12/06/19. When I wen to the Contact Us section, that is when I, unfortunately, discovered that this may not be a legitimate website. Their address does not exist on the USPS website and they have no phone number to call. If I had checked this first, I would have known right away as Baltimore, Rhode Island is not a real place. I was reading through their Legal Notice, Delivery and Returns and Refunds sections, the sections are written very poorly in broken English and incomplete sentences. I am going to ask that PayPal request a refund and I will just try to find the toy elsewhere.
