My situation is similar to a previous post. I had ordered 2 Lego sets from the site us.otoxz.com (advertised on Facebook). The website looked legit. It had a Lego World emblem and Toy Silo copyright. The deals on the site were too good to pass up. There were several discounted items that were supposedly being discontinued and there was a limited amount of time to buy. In order to purchase the items you have to have a pay pal account. I received a confirmation email of my purchase and then about 3 days later received another email regarding the item being shipped (tracking number included). I checked the tracking periodically (I ordered these items back in May). I started to become suspicious because it was taking so long. Supposedly it was coming from China and there was supposedly some "issue" with the mail. However, I had ordered something from Amazon that was from China and received it within 2 days. Just the other day, (2 months after my order) I finally received the package that I have been waiting for but to my disappointment it was not the Legos. It was a face mask (very funny, right?) Some cheap mask is supposed to be worth the $68.98 I paid for those Legos. Another interesting thing is that the description on the package said socks. I attempted to send an email to the seller but it was not able to be delivered (after looking at the email address more closely I noticed it looked strange). Whoever is doing this needs to be stopped immediately. Please do not fall for this scam.

The website best.xtoay.com offers low priced Lego sets to customers and does not deliver. I was sent headphones instead of my product. They won't issue a refund until I return the product I didn't order. They refuse to pay for the return shipping costs. Their offer is for me to keep a product I don't want and didn't order, and then they will return 50% of what I paid.

I ordered 3 lego sets on April 30th from Toy Silo, following a Facebook ad. I never received an email from them but did get confirmation and eventually a shipping tracking number through PayPal. I checked late May and it said it would be delivered that week (estimated). Nothing. I checked again late June and it said the same thing - within that week. Last week I received a "package" from China with the same tracking number and it was a MASK. I've filed a complaint through PayPal. I was able to find the website again and even log in and look at my order history. There it shows my order as pending from May 1st. The website looks legit, but believe me, nothing about it is legit. I hope I get my $100 back. I should have known that Legos would never sell for those prices but I fell hook line and sinker for the FB ad and the "flash sale."

I ordered 6 sets of legos totaling $110 on april 5th and I am still waiting for them on May 25th. I received 2 emails from them and haven't heard anything back.

There was a facbook ad for Toy Silo selling Legos at clearanced prices. I ordered 3 sets totaling $104. I did not receive a confirmation email about my order. I only received a confirmation that my payment was sent to [email protected]

through paypal. I emailed them 3 times now to inquire about this and I have not received any return emails. I also can no longer find the website that I purchased the items from. It doesn't exist!
