I received and email about getting the Data Entry position. I turned in the information and now I am having to change my bank info and notify Social Security. After days of back to back contact, I was ghosted so I thought I would call to get the status of my job offer. The company HR stated they don't use that email and it is a scam. She stated the scammer has been pulling names from their website directory page and putting them on emails to seem legit. Don't let my mistake of the promise of remote work scam you like they done me. I feel so stupid I didn't catch on. All the correspondence was in a professional manner and nothing appeared off until they ghosted me. :'(
